Here at Alston Primary School we ask for the following information to be provided in order to register a child:
Full Birth Certificate
Proof of Address (Official document that states where the child lives, not parent)
Tax Credit Letter
Child Benefit Letter
Once this information has been provided a member of the office team will complete an application form with you in order to add your child to the waiting list.
Please do not be offended when asked to provide the above as this is the same procedure for every individual that wants to register for a place at Alston Primary School or any other school.
Please note that all appeals need to be taken up with Birmingham City Council and the form in can be found below
